With a full 3-hour call every two weeks, each call includes a full therapeutic breathwork journey, workshopping, and mentorship centered around that session's theme.
Beyond the calls, you get to walk this path with a community of women who are also on the path of raising their standards in every single area of their lives.

If we haven’t met yet, you should know we’re not like most mentors. We’ve been in the industry for nearly 10 years now and have to tell ya we've seen it all. We're not just another couple of stale therapists or spiritual fluff heads who went to a weekend training and now call ourselves “trauma-informed”.
We approach mentorship with a very unique take: supporting your mastery with this work so you can become your own healer. Lately, it seems like healing has become more about showing up for session after session than actually making real lasting change and it just makes us wanna throw our journals out the window.

Deep therapeutic work involves accessing “non-ordinary states of consciousness” to dive beneath the surface of everyday awareness and connect with the subconscious mind. Some examples of modalities we will be incorporating into these deep therapeutic practices include breathwork, EFT tapping, visualization, hypnosis, energy work, and more.
In these states, you bypass the analytical mind, allowing unprocessed emotions, energy, memories, and patterns to be felt and released. This process not only supports the resolution of past traumas and emotional burdens but also creates lasting transformation by rewiring the body-mind connection, offering greater clarity, inner peace, and emotional resilience.

Calls will take place from 3-6pm PST / 6-9pm EST. We highly recommend making the calls live, and, each meeting will be recorded and stored on our host app for you to access for a limited period of time.

Talk Therapy is considered a “top-down approach” which implies that you are using mental processing to create change. Breathwork, somatics, and visualization are all modalities we use and are considered a “bottom-up” approach which uses body-based processing and felt experiences to create change.
In therapy, information enters through your pre-frontal cortex and does not reach the emotional centers of your brain, which is why the things you covered in therapy often go out the window when you are “triggered.” With bottom-up processing, you are reaching the emotional centers of the brain, which is why when you create space for regular deep therapeutic work, triggers organically dissolve and transform.
If you are “aware”, but you are seeing no true shift in your wellbeing or sense of self, it’s time for a bottom-up approach.

Q: “I don’t mean to underestimate your experience buuut are virtual sessions powerful compared to in-person?”
A: We actually find them to be more powerful.
In-person breathwork can be distracting. You can hear other people, feel self-conscious being “watched,” or get pulled out of your process when you’re in a group setting and everyone is moving through their own experience.
When you’re virtual, you can wear noise-canceling headphones, drop into your own space, and go fully into your inner world.
Virtual breathwork also invites you to self-source rather than outsource your healing. You’ll be guided to work with your own bodymind system and build confidence using tools that help you attune to yourself — skills you’ll be able to use for the rest of your life.

Each woman coming through The Mothership may have a different level of experience with breathwork & somatics, but their general journey arc throughout the program is the same: stabilize a deep sense of safety in their body, untangle themselves from conditioning that is not theirs to hold, and move into a state of healthy power to pour into a higher vision or mission they want to create in the world.
